AC Tool & Machine Co. is hiring in Germantown, Wisconsin. We are looking for machinists and operators who want shop-floor work with variety, not the same easy part all day.
This is a job shop. Prints change. Setups are different. Some jobs are one piece. Some run in the thousands. The people who do well here like that mix and take pride in making a difficult part right the first time.

Open role
Set up and run CNC mills and/or lathes for prototype, OEM, and replacement work. Read prints, pick tooling, hold tight tolerances, and inspect your own parts. Experience with setup-intensive jobs is a plus. We want people who will take on a hard first article instead of waiting for someone else to figure it out.
Open role
Load, run, and check production and repeat jobs. Follow setups, keep parts on print, and speak up when something looks off. Shop experience is preferred. We will train the right person who shows up, pays attention, and wants to grow into more setup work.
